Farzana is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach who supports senior and emerging leaders to understand themselves better. She focuses on cultivating more self-awareness around leaders' strengths, areas of improvement and possible blind spots so that they can lead people in a way that feels authentic and creates healthier, more connected teams who will perform more efficiently to achieve organisational goals.
With almost 20 years’ experience across many sectors, Farzana blends psychology, coaching and practical tools to make leadership more human-centred and intentional. She designs and delivers leadership programmes, psychometric assessments and development pathways that help people navigate change, build resilience and connect with greater impact.
Originally from Mauritius and living in Ireland since 2011, Farzana brings a grounded, calm and compassionate style to her work.
As a TEDx speaker, she often draws on her personal story of adapting to new environments to inspire others to stretch, grow and thrive, in challenging times and in a world of constant change.
