Welcome to Bray’s Longest-established Crèche!

Huge thanks for supporting the Hey 2026! Planners in aid of the Samaritans.

The Clare Elizabeth Crèche was established in 1985 by Clare Elizabeth Power and has been providing a home-from-home childcare service for the children of Bray and surrounds ever since. They celebrated 40 years of caring for generations of children, as of June 2025!

Today, Clare’s daughter Niamh runs the crèche, assisted by General Manager Eithne Mooney.

From the very beginning the Clare Elizabeth Crèche has focused on providing a secure and loving environment for children in their original family home. With a loyal and hardworking team of highly qualified and experienced staff, the children are loved and nurtured as they grow from babies into strong, independent individuals, ready to move on to the adventures of Big School.

The crèche is situated in a quiet area of Bray, Co. Wicklow a short walk from the town and the DART station. An extensive safe garden sees the children playing outside on a daily basis. The Clare Elizabeth Crèche provides a happy, homely and safe environment where children are mentally and physically stimulated, emotionally satisfied and well nourished.
